After agreeing to the terms of service as well as return and exchange policies at checkout, you maintain that you are aware of and agree to all our terms and policies. Orders
After receiving your order, your purchase will be shipped after 3-5 business days (not counting weekends).
Shipping
Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday (excludes weekends).
The estimated delivery time is for reference only. The actual situation will depend on the shipping company, so we cannot provide a 100% guarantee on the product arrival time.
* We will do our best to ship products in a timely manner. However, if the recipient’s information is incomplete or incorrect, or if the recipient is unavailable to receive the package due to natural disasters, system or website maintenance, store to store product transfers, low inventory, restocking etc., the shipping time may be delayed.
* After products are shipped to convenience stores, an SMS text notification will be sent to the customer. If you do not receive a message, there are several possibilities:
1. When submitting an order, the phone number was inputted incorrectly.2. The phone number has a default function for blocking spam and advertising messages, or there has been an ad-blocking app installed.3. The owner of the phone number is in a region with unstable reception.4. The storage space limit for text messages on the customer’s phone has been reached.
* In addition to the SMS notification notifying the customer that the package has arrived at the convenience store, please also pay attention to any email notifications. If the product still has not been picked up by the last day, the package will be sent back and will not be re-shipped until the additional cost to ship it again has been paid. Requests for free additional shipping due to failure to receive an SMS notification will not be accepted.
