Excluding customized products, products that have been opened cannot be returned. Starting from the day the product is received, customers have 7 days (including weekends) to apply for returns.
To return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide your name, order number, contact number, name and photo of product to be returned, reason for return, and any other necessary information. After receiving your request, customer service will assist you with the return process.

2. Requirements for Returns
The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition. Once the packaging has been opened or damaged, the product can no longer be returned. The 7 day period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law is in place to allow customers to reconsider whether this product will meet their needs and is not to be considered a trial period for using the product.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
It has been over 7 days since the product was received.
The product or product packaging has been opened, used, is incomplete, or is damaged/stained/broken/scratched/dirtied/etc.
The receipt/invoice is missing.
It is considered a bulk return or done out of ill-will.
3. Return Process
Contact customer service staff → Confirm whether product is eligible for return → Prepare the complete product(s) and invoice(s) →Provide a pick-up time, contact information, and address → Wait for the shipping company to pick-up the product
Products to be exchanged must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition. If required by the e-commerce store from which the product was purchased, please make sure the original inner and outer packaging are undamaged and unopened, otherwise it cannot be exchanged.
If the store agrees to the exchange, please go to the original order history with the online or physical store, apply for a product return, and place a new order with the same store. If there is a difference in the order amount, the company will only send you an invoice for the difference in price and collect or refund the amount; otherwise, this will not need to be processed separately.
