If the total order exceeds 1,000 NTD, the 80 NTD processing fee will be waived.
Orders cannot be combined across different member accounts.
3. Shipping Process
After placing the order, the package will be shipped after about 5-7 business days (not counting the day the order was placed nor weekends).
Shipments may be delayed if there are a large number of orders on holidays or in the case of a natural disaster.
Deliver times will be Monday through Friday 09:00-18:00. No deliveries will be made on national holidays.
If the “Home Delivery” option was selected: The actual delivery status will depend on the route arranged by the delivery driver.
If the “Convenience Store Pick-Up” option was selected: Please pay attention to incoming SMS text message notifications about package arrivals and pick up the package within 7 days after its arrival. Please do not forget to pick up the package; any shipping costs due to failure to pick up the package must be covered by the customer.
If there are two instances of failure to pick up packages by the same customer, the company will no longer be able to provide them delivery services. We apologize for any inconvenience.
